In addition to working versatility, the availability of use in day and night time slots is required.
Room manager
Table service
We are looking for professional and dynamic figures with experience in the banqueting sector over five years (demonstrable) and who have held the role of room manager for the last three years. Good organizational skills, motivational skills and human resource management skills are required.
Specific problem-solving skills for this role will be measured through appropriate tests. In addition to working versatility, the availability of use in day and night time slots is required.
A valid “B” Italian driving licence is also required.
Chef
Kitchen
For the figure of chef, we look for professionals with at least five-year experience (demonstrable), able to operate in various kitchen brigades. In addition to work versatility, interpersonal skills are required to interact with all team members and availability of employment in day and night time slots. The possession of the valid “B” Italian driving licence is also required.
Commis Chef
Kitchen
For the figure of Commis Chef, we are looking for professionals with at least two years (demonstrable) experience able to operate in various kitchen brigades in support of all the planned activities. It also requires good dexterity and precision, interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all team members and availability of employment in day and night time slots.
